Auditions for the 2024/25 season will be on Sunday 6/9
Lefton's competitive team is a great opportunity for dancers to have more on stage experiences. They will learn valuable life skills including teamwork, self discipline, time management, and how to build friendships.
We want everyone to feel welcome to be a part of Team; however, please understand that it is not for everyone. Being a member of team requires a serious time commitment as well as substantial financial investment on your part. It is very important that your child is passionate about dance and that it is his/her activity of choice.
Being accepted on team is solely determined by Deanna and Jordan Lefton. Acceptance onto team, for new or existing dancers, is not guaranteed.

We have attended wonderful dance conventions and competitions as members of Lefton Dance Complex’s competition team. We have attended several over the last two years and have been impressed by the high quality of instruction and the positive atmosphere.
Conventions and competitions have helped my daughter, who is naturally shy and introverted. She has been passionate about dance since she was a little girl, but has always struggled with self-confidence and expressing herself in front of others. Attending these events has been a life-changing experience for her. Not only has she been able to learn from some of the most talented and inspiring dance teachers in the industry and perform on stage, but she has also had the opportunity to meet other dancers from all over the world who share her love for the art form.
The supportive environment has given my daughter the courage to step out of her comfort zone and try new things. She has gained so much confidence and has developed valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and communication, which will serve her well throughout her life.
Most importantly, these events have given my daughter something to look forward to each year. She counts down the days until the next event, eagerly anticipating the chance to learn new choreography, bond with her dance friends, and showcase her talents on stage.
We look forward to attending many more conventions and competitions in the future and to continuing to be a part of this amazing community at LDC.
